To save a full-sized image from Memegenerator:
1. Right-click on the image and click "copy URL"
2. Open the URL in a new tab or window
3. Towards the end of the URL, you should see the word "medium". Manually change that to "large" without adding any spaces. Then press "enter" to update the page with the full-size image.
4. Right click and save!
